A hot-tap device "Monicor-SV-ST" is designed for perforating holes in deep buried pipelines without stopping transit. Maximal depth at which the Device was tested is 4 meters (right part of the Priobskoye oil field, PJSC "Yuganskneftegaz"). The Device is used particularly for preparation of pipes for installing "Monicor-UKK-ST"-type corrosion control units with stationary access nodes.
Working pressure of the Control device is determined by check valves used and ranges from 40 to 64 kg/sq.cm. Holes diameter - not more than 45 mm.
